All products are manufactured and dispatched from Latvia.
The standard shipping time for our product to arrive:
Europe 3-6 working days
North America, Switzerland, United Kingdom 5-8 working days
All orders are dispatched with tracked courier services as FedEx, TNT and DPD. These courier companies require your phone number for international shipments.
We are sending our products from Latvia and in countries that are not a part of the EU custom fees can be applicable. All the custom duties have to be covered by the customer.

We ship to all European Union countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
Wild Kids is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Wild Kids to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Wild Kids is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

Yes! All packages will have tracking until they reach their destination (you - hopefully). If you have a package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local courier service provider.
